By texting our number and using ThankzWorld AI Detector SMS, a service operated by ThankzWorld ("the service"), you agree to the following terms.
You may text a photo or a link to a social media video (such as an Instagram or Facebook Reel) to our number. The service analyzes the content and replies with an automated verdict indicating whether it appears to be AI-generated, along with an AI-likelihood score from our detectors.
AI-detection results are provided as a best-effort estimate and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Results should not be relied upon as definitive proof that any content is or is not AI-generated. The service is provided for informational purposes only, and we encourage you to treat any result as one signal among others rather than a final determination.
Message frequency varies based on your use of the service. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
New subscribers receive a limited number of free checks. Additional checks may be purchased as credit packs through our purchase page. Each successful analysis consumes one credit. If a submission fails to process or returns an inconclusive result, no credit is charged. Purchased credits do not expire. Purchased credits are non-refundable once used to complete a successful detection check. If you believe you were charged a credit in error, contact us at the email below and we will investigate and correct genuine errors at our discretion.

This consent is specific to this messaging program and is not bundled with any other agreement. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. After opting out, you will receive no further messages unless you text us again to restart the service.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This service does not involve affiliate marketing or third-party lead generation of any kind.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You agree not to use this service to submit content that is illegal, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share.
The ThankzWorld name, branding, and the software underlying this service are the property of ThankzWorld LLC. You retain all rights to any content you submit for analysis; we do not claim ownership over it, and as noted in our Privacy Policy, submitted photos and videos are not stored after processing.
This service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThankzWorld LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, or from any decision made in reliance on a detection result. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThankzWorld LLC and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at the email below. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party service outages (such as our messaging, hosting, or AI-detection providers), natural disasters, or other events of force majeure.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
