ThankzWorld ("we", "our", "the service") operates ThankzWorld AI Detector SMS, an SMS-based tool that lets users text a photo or a social media link (such as Instagram or Facebook) to receive an automated reply indicating whether the content appears to be AI-generated.
When you text our number, we receive your phone number and the content of your message (a photo or a link). We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email, or any other personal information.
Your phone number is used only to send you the detection result and to manage message credits, if applicable. The photo or video you send is analyzed automatically to produce a verdict and is not stored after processing. We keep a log of detection results (such as the score and whether the content was flagged) together with your phone number, for service quality and improvement purposes, but we do not store the actual photo or video content itself.
Message frequency varies based on your use of the service. Typically, you will receive one reply message for each photo or link you submit.
We use Twilio to send and receive text messages, and Hive (or a similar AI-detection provider) to analyze submitted content. These providers may process your message content as part of delivering the service. Payments, when processed, are handled by Stripe; we do not store your payment card details ourselves. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier for texts sent to and received from our service.
You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from this service. Reply HELP for assistance.
We retain detection result logs (verdict, score, and phone number) indefinitely for as long as you remain a subscriber and for a reasonable period afterward to support service quality, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. We do not retain the actual submitted photos or videos - these are processed in memory and discarded immediately after analysis. You may request deletion of your logged data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
Regardless of where you are located, you may contact us at any time to request a copy of the data we hold about your phone number, request its correction, or request its deletion. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the data we collect, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users via SMS or email (if available) without unreasonable delay, consistent with applicable law.
